John and Stan are two data centric, result oriented people. They support each other very well. They have a solid understanding on what it takes to sell a home, how to prepare the home for selling. They brought in an interior decorator at their expense to stage the residence as model home, published ample photos to bring in prospective buyers and meticulously staged open house, almost every weekend in March 2019. They also had right contact for appliance repair, window repair etc., They were objective, meaning, they were dealing with facts, and not trying to sell anything or hide anything to the buyer. While they were seller's agent for us, we truly believe that their objectivity was very helpful to the buyer and their agent. Their approach in short: be open and honest, fact and data based, allow the buyer to exercise their rights without hinderance (smart approach), follow a process, handle crisis when it occurs rather than imagining something. We have purchased a few homes in the last 20 years, this is the first time we are selling a home. We did not understand the nuances in selling and they were definitely a great team to raise our awareness, and precision focus in selling the home for their customers.
