Normally I stay away from real estate agents due to bad experiences in the past. But Stan is different. Very different. He showed us one house we had found on Zillow and I was so impressed with his friendly, non-pushy, laid-back manner and his obvious knowledge of all things relating to the property and surroundings. I decided to give him our parameters for the house we wanted and let him do his own search. Within 10 days, after 4-5 viewings, he had found our house; he did not waste our time taking us to houses that did not meet our desires. He obviously listened carefully and only showed us homes that might be suitable.

We relocated to AZ from CA, and had one week to find a house. Stan took us to so many houses, as we looked for the right fit for our family. He gave us great advice about the area, what to look for in a house in AZ, and was so patient with us. He even ended up FaceTiming us while we were in CA, so we could see a house (the one we ended up buying); he helped us through the whole process remotely. He is knowledgeable, funny, kind, thorough, and persistent. You will not regret working with him.

Although I have not heard Stan actively negotiating with a buyer's agent, he has shared the communications via email when asked, and I have never had a cause to question his approach. Best of all, when I have a question or need something, Stan is very good at responding quickly. I highly recommend Stan to anyone who is looking for a real professional with great resources at his disposal.
