Normally I stay away from real estate agents due to bad experiences in the past. But Stan is different. Very different. He showed us one house we had found on Zillow and I was so impressed with his friendly, non-pushy, laid-back manner and his obvious knowledge of all things relating to the property and surroundings. I decided to give him our parameters for the house we wanted and let him do his own search. Within 10 days, after 4-5 viewings, he had found our house; he did not waste our time taking us to houses that did not meet our desires. He obviously listened carefully and only showed us homes that might be suitable.

We relocated to AZ from CA, and had one week to find a house. Stan took us to so many houses, as we looked for the right fit for our family. He gave us great advice about the area, what to look for in a house in AZ, and was so patient with us. He even ended up FaceTiming us while we were in CA, so we could see a house (the one we ended up buying); he helped us through the whole process remotely. He is knowledgeable, funny, kind, thorough, and persistent. You will not regret working with him.

Although I have not heard Stan actively negotiating with a buyer's agent, he has shared the communications via email when asked, and I have never had a cause to question his approach. Best of all, when I have a question or need something, Stan is very good at responding quickly. My husband and I hired Stan Abraham and John Vitale to sell our home. After we read some reviews and met with them, we knew instantly that they were who we wanted to hire. They are extremely knowledgeable and excellent communicators. They are also superior advocates for their clients and definitely went the extra mile for us, even if it meant us just getting an extra 1 or 2 thousand dollars. John and Stan are two data centric, result oriented people. They support each other very well. They have a solid understanding on what it takes to sell a home, how to prepare the home for selling. They brought in an interior decorator at their expense to stage the residence as model home, published ample photos to bring in prospective buyers and meticulously staged open house, almost every weekend in March 2019. They also had right contact for appliance repair, window repair etc., They were objective, meaning, they were dealing with facts, and not trying to sell anything or hide anything to the buyer. While they were seller's agent for us, we truly believe that their objectivity was very helpful to the buyer and their agent. Their approach in short: be open and honest, fact and data based, allow the buyer to exercise their rights without hinderance (smart approach), follow a process, handle crisis when it occurs rather than imagining something. We have purchased a few homes in the last 20 years, this is the first time we are selling a home. We did not understand the nuances in selling and they were definitely a great team to raise our awareness, and precision focus in selling the home for their customers.
